Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Winner7 account and place a bet. You must also be legally allowed to play online games of skill and chance in the state where you live. Online gaming is restricted or prohibited in some Indian states, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland and Sikkim. If you are in one of those states, or anywhere the law bars this activity, you may not use Winner7. Checking the law where you live is your responsibility, not ours.

Account Registration

Each player may hold one account, opened in their own real name. The details you give at sign up, including your name, date of birth, mobile number and email, must be accurate and current. Before your first withdrawal you must complete KYC by submitting a valid government ID and any documents we ask for. We may refuse, freeze or close accounts that use false details, a second account, or an identity that is not your own. Keep your password private, because you are responsible for every bet placed from your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

You can fund your account through UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, net banking or IMPS. The minimum deposit is ₹100. Withdrawals are paid back to the same method you deposited with, once your KYC is verified and any active wagering requirement is met.

• Deposits made by UPI usually clear in seconds; withdrawals to UPI are processed fast once your account is verified.
• We may ask for extra verification on large or unusual transactions before releasing funds, in line with anti-money-laundering rules.
• You may only deposit from a payment source held in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and may be returned.
• Any deposit fees charged by your bank or wallet are yours to bear, not ours.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses, free bets and deposit matches are optional and come with their own rules, which are shown when you claim them. Unless a promotion states otherwise, a wagering requirement applies before bonus funds or winnings from them can be withdrawn, and one bonus may be claimed per player, household, device and payment method. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, and we may cancel a bonus and any winnings from it where we find the offer has been abused, for example through matched betting or multiple accounts.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Winner7 runs on fair play, and we settle bets on the assumption that every player is acting honestly. The following are not allowed and can lead to voided bets, forfeited funds and a closed account:

• Opening or using more than one account, or playing on an account that is not yours.
• Fraud, chargebacks, stolen payment details, or money laundering of any kind.
• Collusion between players, use of bots, or software that gains an unfair edge.
• Exploiting a pricing error, software fault or obvious mistake in the odds.
• Taking part where you are below 18 or where local law prohibits play.

Game Rules and Settlement

Each game and betting market has its own rules, which you can open before you stake. Sports bets are settled on the official result once the event is confirmed; if a match is abandoned or a market is voided, affected bets are returned. Casino and live-table outcomes are produced by certified random number generators and checked by independent auditors. If a technical fault clearly affects a result, we may void the round and refund the stake. Our settlement records are the final word in any dispute over how a bet was graded.

Account Suspension and Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting support, after withdrawing any settled balance. We may suspend or close an account where these terms are broken, where KYC cannot be completed, where fraud or abuse is suspected, or where the law requires it. If we close an account for a rule breach, we may withhold bonus funds and winnings linked to that breach, but your own verified deposits, minus any amount owed to us, are returned to you.

Limitation of Liability

We work to keep Winner7 available and accurate, but we do not promise the platform will be free of interruptions, delays or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, by faults in your own device or internet connection, or by your decision to place a bet. Betting carries financial risk, and any money you stake is your own choice and your own responsibility.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute that cannot be settled directly will fall under the jurisdiction of the Indian courts. Where a particular state restricts online gaming, the law of that state applies to players located there, and it is your duty to comply with it.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our platform, our payment partners or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and continued use of your account after an update means you accept the revised terms. Where a change is significant, we will flag it inside your account before it takes effect.
